Is using the new owning? The fact of the matter is this: subscriptions are in fashion – including in the area of cars and mobility. More and more people can imagine subscribing to a car in the future instead of buying one. "With the AutoAbo car subscription service, we offer our customers the right solution for flexible mobility," says Imelda Labbé, Board Member for Sales, Marketing and After Sales at Volkswagen Passenger Cars. But how does the subscription work? What are the advantages? And who can benefit the most?
In the podcast, we answer all questions about the VW car subscription model and share our first impressions. Our conclusion:
1. The VW AutoAbo model is simple, flexible, and offers customers short-term access to e-mobility with all-electric ID.3 and ID.4 models.
2. Volkswagen is making progress in establishing new business models: AutoAbo is an important milestone on the path from car manufacturer to mobility services provider.
3. Whether as an interim solution until a new vehicle is available, as a test opportunity of e-cars or as an all-round carefree package with little effort and a lot of service – there are many reasons in favour of the AutoAbo model.
